    Do you take my insurance?
    We work with most major PPO dental insurance plans and file your claims for you. The fastest way to know for sure is to call us at 540-943-9703 with your member ID — we will verify your coverage in a few minutes before your first visit.
    What if I do not have insurance?
    We have you covered. Ask about Virginia Dental Club — $279 a year for an individual covers two cleanings, two sets of X-rays, and your exams at no additional charge, plus 20% off most other dental services. Many patients save money compared to insurance.
    Will you tell me what I owe before treatment?
    Yes — always. Before any treatment beyond your initial exam, we give you a written estimate that shows your insurance benefit, your remaining balance, and any payment plan options. No surprises.
    Do you file my claims for me?
    Yes. We submit your claim electronically the day of your visit and apply your benefit directly to your balance, so you only pay the portion insurance does not cover. You do not need to deal with paperwork.
    What if my insurance plan changes mid-treatment?
    Tell us as soon as you can — coverage usually changes on January 1. We will re-verify benefits and update your treatment plan and estimate before your next visit.
